Privacy & Data Protection
Your Privacy Matters. Clarity Partners Coaching Network is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your assessment data. The following explains what information is collected, how it is used, and who can access it.
Data Confidentiality. Your assessment responses, scores, domain results, and report content are strictly confidential. Results are delivered exclusively to (a) the email address you provide at the time of your assessment and (b) the Clarity Partners Coaching Network office for the sole purpose of facilitating your debrief and coaching engagement. Your results are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent.
No Permanent Storage of Responses. Assessment responses are processed in real time to generate your report and are not stored in a public database. Results are transmitted via secure email and retained only within Clarity Partners’ internal client records for coaching continuity purposes.
AI Processing & Third-Party APIs. Certain features of this platform — including the Regional Competitive Intelligence component of the MDIA Tier 2 Report — utilize the Anthropic Claude API to generate analysis and insights. Data submitted through these features is processed by Anthropic’s API infrastructure in accordance with Anthropic’s API Data Usage Policy, which explicitly states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train AI models. Your business information is not incorporated into any public AI training dataset.
Access Code Security. Each access code is single-use and tied to a specific purchase. Access codes are validated server-side and are not publicly disclosed. The assessment platform and all report content are accessible only to individuals holding a valid, paid access code.
Email Security. Your report is delivered only to the email address you enter during the assessment intake process. Clarity Partners does not share your email address with third-party marketing services or advertising platforms. You will receive your report and may receive follow-up communication from Clarity Partners related to your debrief or coaching engagement. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting jcovella@claritypartnersinc.com.
Questions About Your Data. For any privacy-related questions, data access requests, or concerns about how your information is handled, contact: jcovella@claritypartnersinc.com | 609-364-6705.
